How to do it?
The easiest way to incorporate the Miracle Morning into your daily routine is to gradually move your alarm clock forward. Over time, your body will get used to it, and the challenge will feel less daunting.
However, you need to know how to stay motivated and for that you need a morning routine that works for you.
The first thing you should do when you wake up is always drink a large glass of water, which will help your body wake up quickly. Then it's up to you: meditation, journaling, yoga, reading, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!
