Are you one of those people for whom waking up every morning is a nightmare? However, it's all a question of method.
Here are 5 tips that will help you get up more easily in the morning (Tested and approved 😉).
1/ Place the alarm clock far from your bed
Instead of setting five alarms or risking turning it off, place your alarm far from your bed before going to bed. This will force you to get up to turn it off. It may seem obvious, but it really works!
2/ Set a pleasant ringtone and change it often
Tired of the shrill ringing every time you wake up? Choose a soft, pleasant ringtone like birdsong to wake you up gently. And above all, change it often so you don't get bored of it and it becomes unpleasant to your ears!
3/ Leave the curtains half-open
Sleeping with the shutters open allows natural light to enter and allows you to wake up gently. There are also dawn simulators that can reproduce natural light and the sun's rays.
4/ Always get up at the same time
Avoid setting your alarm back a few minutes each morning to give yourself a little extra sleep. It's better to learn to always get up at the same time to regulate your sleep cycles and make waking up easier.
5/ Get enough sleep
The amount of sleep we need varies from person to person, but adults are generally considered to need 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night. However, a 2014 survey found that 36% of the population sleeps less than 6 hours per night. If this is you, give your body the rest it deserves by getting enough sleep, and you'll find that waking up is much easier!
