Exercising regularly promotes better quality sleep by extending sleep duration and increasing sleep efficiency 💤
There are several reasons for this. Exercise can regulate natural sleep cycles, tire you out physically to help you fall asleep more easily, and also reduce anxiety and depression (which are factors that disrupt sleep).
The good news is that any type of physical activity is beneficial for quality sleep.
